One wallet

Choose the data you need.

Credits work across released products. A profile, a delivered record and a minute of transcription can each have a different rate, shown before you run.

Your budget

Set a credit limit.

Set the maximum credits a task may use. The service reserves that amount, charges eligible delivery, then releases unused credits.

No deadline

Keep what you buy.

Purchased credits never expire. There is no monthly reset and no subscription to maintain. Top up when you need more.

Straight answers

Know what counts.

Execution costs are included in the product rate. Internal retries do not add a separate charge.

Does one credit always mean one request?

No. Each operation publishes its own credit rate and unit. Some charge for a record, others for a request, file or content minute. Fractional credits add up: 100 records at 0.2 credits each use 20 credits.

What if a task fails or finds nothing?

A refused request or failed task with no delivery has no business charge. Job Scraper API with no eligible records costs zero credits. Other operations explain valid empty answers in their published rules.

How does media billing work?

Media-minute operations measure content duration, not server runtime. The operation specifies rounding, any minimum or cap, and language or quality options before you run. Transcription, existing subtitles and translation have separate rates.

Do I pay again to read a result?

Reading the same stored result or replaying the same accepted request does not create a second business charge. Starting a fresh collection is a new task.

Can unused credits be refunded?

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of each purchase for its unused, unreserved paid credits, at that order’s actual discounted unit price. Refunds return to the original payment method. Consumed and free credits are excluded; billing errors are corrected separately. Purchased credits never expire, but the cash refund window does. Read the refund and cancellation policy.

Can I buy credits now?

Not yet. This is the pricing preview. Purchases will open alongside working APIs and their published source rates, limits and purchase terms.
