TrueFetch provides a workspace for exploring web data APIs and preparing requests for workflows and agents. These terms cover the website, account workspace and available APIs.

Available features
You may sign in, manage your profile, save request drafts and manage credentials. Job Search API and credit purchases are available. Creating an API key or saving a request does not start a collection or incur a charge. Check the release status page for current availability.
Your account
Use only accounts you control, keep credentials private and do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or data. Do not use the workspace to interfere with the service or bypass access controls. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Examples and product information
Interactive previews and sample responses are illustrative. They do not establish current source coverage, performance or operation prices. Product pages identify available, in-development and planned capabilities.
Credits and purchases
The billing model uses prepaid credits in USD, with no required subscription. Purchased credits do not expire. Each operation’s credit rate is shown before use. Credit packs are one-time purchases; checkout shows applicable tax and the total before payment. See the billing documentation for reservation and settlement rules.
Refunds and cancellation
Credits are issued and maintained by TrueFetch solely to pay for TrueFetch services on your account. They cannot be transferred, resold, used to pay another merchant or withdrawn as cash. Eligible purchase refunds under the policy below and applicable legal rights are unaffected.
Our refund and cancellation policy allows requests within 14 calendar days of each purchase for its unused, unreserved paid credits, calculated at $0.001 per Purchased credit and returned to the original payment method. Any unused bonus from that order is voided. Older orders retain their original terms. Consumed and Earned credits are not eligible. Billing errors are corrected separately, and applicable legal rights remain unaffected. Credit packs are not subscriptions; task cancellation is separate from a cash refund.
Privacy and support

Source names
Third-party names identify candidate sources or integration contexts. They do not imply endorsement, affiliation or confirmed support.
Changes
Capabilities may change during development. Published documentation identifies the supported API contract. Each accepted task retains its recorded schema and pricing rules.
